I have a mount at home that I "think" should work with what I made. I see someone has their aircraft maintenance tech(?) course, by the build style.. Lol Now I just need to figure out how and where I want to mount it. I just did some tests, and have three options. -Mount it to the top of the trim piece that surrounds the stereo. -Mount it to the bottom of the trim piece the surroundings the stereo. -Mount it to a mount on top of the dash. I think I'll try the extra trim piece I have first, since I won't mind drilling holes in it.
derekmac
Well I got it installed tonight. Not happy with the wires, but not much I can really do. I got the steering wheel controls all working, so I can adjust the volume and change tracks, which is pretty damn cool! The mount is kinda meh, but it works. 82Yota
I would totally use that setup for Russian lessons while driving. Or watching re-runs of The Joy of Painting with Bob Ross
derekmac
Today I changed both front hubs. The passenger side was done in September for safety, but was shot now. It was replaced under warranty though. The drivers side wasn't too bad, but was starting to get some play in it.
