BaR
I'm thinking within a half hour of Bedford, HRM. I'm a solid driver, a fair bit of experience in murky situations. I don't mind large puddles, but I don't want to be mudding! My vehicle is not modified. At least, not yet. I'll probably get a lift installed, maybe some firmer shocks the back. autumnwalker
Welcome to the forum! Check out the Nova Scotia Western Crown Land. Lots of dirt / logging roads there that you can explore.
TomWood
Bowater land area would be one that should get you into the woods quite a way and have some fun.
sar4x4
As Tom says: the former Bowater Area is riddled with road. And suitable for the Forester, I've driven most of it both with my big Burban and my little Nissan Rogue.
