I would like to extend an invite to everyone here to the Paws Fur Thought Fundraiser Run that is being held by Jessy Brunet and myself.

*****This is not an official Backcountry or P.O.R.N. event*****

We are holding a fundraising event for a great non-profit organization http://www.pawsfurthought.com/. We are asking for a $10 donation at the start of the day. There will be a 50/50 draw and an optional $5 lunch and some door prizes. Full details can be see here: https://www.facebook...25531700793884/

The meeting time will be 9:00 AM at the new Tim Hortons/Burger King in Enfield. You can choose to air down here or at the trail head on Monte Vista Road. The run will start in Enfield and end in Beaverbank, those of you from the Enfield area can go road or trail back home.

We have two routes mapped out. One can be done in a stock rig with street tires, the other in a semi-stock rig, better tires and a good driver.

Below are some points of interest.

Renfew Trail Head

Side Tails with short muddy hill

Pending Barbecue Location

Horsepower Hill

Granddaddy Hill

Beaver Bank exit on Kavanagh Rd. (fully stock friendly route)

Shale Pit Exit near The Villa:

If you can't view the event on Facebook, make sure to add me as a friend on FB and I'll invite you. The privacy settings are a bit wonky on it.

It's going to be a great day. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there!

I think I'll come out to this one. I don't know if I'll come out to the Timmy's or not...probably meet you at the Renfrew trailhead intersection you noted above.

And I would probably come back home through Renfrew for anybody else who lives in the area and would like to do the same return run.

Look at that, a guided ride back home for people! Awesome :)

Hmmmm, what vehicle to bring....33's or 42's?

I may have to get a cell phone number from one of you fellas. I have to drop the wife off in Clayton Park that morning and I'm not sure if I can make it back out in time for your 9ish departure time. But I know the area well and if I knew where you were I could easily catch up if needed.
