sar4x4 Posted July 27, 2006 Report Share Posted July 27, 2006 I just saw a shorter metal magnetic base antena at Radio Shack for $60! And then I bought a similar type unit at Cdn Tire for just $30. I would expect the Big Stops to be on the expensive side. I don't like antenna cables coming in through the door and always in the way, so with my old beast I drilled and grommeted a hole right through the roof! Very efficient and effective!
