It will include heat hot water Digital cable, lights wireless high speed internet and room for storage. and of couse your own seperate entranceIt is also dog and cat friendly.. I need someone in asap. We are at 46 Moutain rd in halifax we are on a major bus route #14 that will take to SMU or DAL or right downtown..
