SQRLPWR
I wasn't able to run the trail at the summer event as the trail was too tight, so the truck is up for sale.....it's too nice, too big and im too scared to wheel it and cause damage to it. sar4x4
Umm, wow. Good luck! MAYBE, you just need to wheel larger trails. I always have. Guess you don't want to buy a Suburban then? Or how about an IH Scout II? Ahh, sorry, not for sale yet! I hope we don't lose you to the Jeep - side, lol.
SQRLPWR
Who knows, I don't have anything in mind tbh. I do love the old truck, and that's the problem. I wasn't able to run the trail at the summer event on sat because it wasn't full size friendly. I could have run it but it was uber tight and would have caused some bodywork damage...and that's the problem, I can't bring myself to do it. So, I need something sized between the sami and the truck, that i can have fun with.
autumnwalker
Unexpected! I hate to say it ... but it's hard to beat a JK. It's bigger than the Sammy, smaller than the Ferd. SFA. Lots of options available for every piece of it. If you want (or don't care about) IFS I'd wheel another H3 every day of the week. That thing worked really good for me. 35's with nothing more than a torsion bar crank in the front. If you can find an "Adventure" model they are factory locked front and rear. Alphas are v8's (and ******* expensive).
SQRLPWR
At this point I'm in no rush, and open to whatever cool comes my way once the truck is gone. But it has to be a bit bigger than a Sami, has to be simple and lightweight, good (ish) on gas, so something pre TJ with a tub YJ/CJ, Trackers and 1/4 ton Trucks I know of a unique Nissan truck just begging to be built too. So a few possibilities.

So I’ve stuck with ‘Old Caterpillar Yellow’. Nice choice you have there!
SQRLPWR
Thanks. I really dig the orange bedliner paint job. Somebody spend a LOT of $ building it. I'm thinking the winch is redundant lol.
