Nightpath
I have to share this, in case nobody here has seen it. Mahindra, a company from India, basically rebuilt the old CJ Jeep and released it as a side by side. 4 cylinder turbo diesel, Dana 18 transfer case, solid axles front and rear, a real frame and steel body. A lot easier than trying to meet full automobile regulations! And to compete in the small 4x4 North American market, with dealerships etc, has got to be tough! Nightpath
You know what this days to me? Buy one and use every part to restore an old CJ. Enjoy a road legal brand new vehicle. There's a tonne of the old jeeps rotting in the junkyards. Strip a few pieces, Vin included, papers of they're available. 'Strip' the Roxor and use it to restore There are some differences, but I think it's close enough in build that this will happen.
