derekmac
I think it would be good for on the trail. I hate using a Hi-Lift, factory jacks suck, and regular bottle jacks only have a small end. This has a good base, and should be pretty safe to use. sar4x4
I agree Derek. Hi-Lifts look great mounted on a vehicle, but are so dangerous and floppy to use on uneven ground. And if you have a lift? Good luck using them to lift an axle! On my long list of things to do I'd like to build an axle adapter for the top of a bottle jack and wooden blocks I carry in the Burb. Patent anyone?
