Robbie: Sounds like you are still with Eastern Shore. If you decide to change to Halifax, you will never have any problems reaching 200 hours! It is all by choice, but I'm at 70 hours already this year! I won't have an issue with eastern shore team now either. I will get half of my hours just for being on call now! Approved by the tax man. Just like the vol firefighters have it.
