2009, 4.6. First year for the 3V and 6-speed auto in the F-150 and its supposed to outperform and be more reliable than 5.4.

Meh, I was only poking around. I knew I didn't want to use any cash to make the deal work. So it was strictly if they would do a straight trade pretty much. And wasn't even close :P

Decision was just made.. No way hozzay. They were only willing to give me $10,000 for my truck cause it needed a paint job.

Never said such thing! Haha If I can get equal trade in for sale price I'd CONSIDER and we'll leave it at that.

What time do you guys normally start arriving?

I don't want this topic to stray off of trail run. But I ordered my lift on Wednesday last week, came in Monday. Less than 7 days to deliver. I've always had great experiences with them.

6" lift came in today. More than a driveway job so CVO is installing it for me Thursday/Friday. Looks like I can come out and play! :)

My opinion on that.. Looks cool, has a great idea, and added protection.. But correct me if I'm wrong.. It's for pre-runners, people who are racing through the dunes at 80mph, the kind of wheeling we do is slower paced, and your axle will only move small amounts from side to side. And the spherical bushings in our climate I don't think would last too long.

Just a FYI, this was actually a trail called spider lake. The one I posted with the garbage pile in general. I went for a drive before the run and saw that the exit of kent homes was blocked by a large pile of snow.. Thanks plow drivers. All hard/Icey, wasn't getting through.

Haha not sure.. Not resting those 4x4 posts again.. Don't have plastic flares on the f150 :P

Take maybe 1-2 hours to get through. Conditions pending though. There are a few trickery spots.

How many more people? So far planet delica, fltlnr, myself and Darren is going to try.

Haha we drove past the Tim hortons on the way to the trail :P and the highway we turned down for other one was right next to it.

Haven't seen mud yet ;) wait another 2 weeks or so when ground is thawed. But tomorrow 4pm, Tim's hortons, everyone knows where it is?

Haha aftermath :P just so no one is worried there is no damage to either vehicle, his jeep is brand new, so I assume he means his first pin stripe job ;)

Haha if you are heading down Main Street in Dartmouth, and going towards eastern shore. You'll go past Nscc akerly, continue to dive, you go past a bens bakery on your right then go into a 70kmh zone. Once you get to the top of the hill you'll see a Tim hortons, a Wilson has station and a small strip mall to your left.

I guess I'll make it easy.. I'll be at #7 Tim's tonight at 7pm if anyone shows up great, if not so be it. And again tomorrow at 4pm so Darren and other can come. Tonight will just be an ice breaker trip. Go back to the pit and play in mud and have a social time in the woods. Tomorrow we will run through to the end.

Well if you promise I won't slide sideways into a bank we can modify times a bit for people! ;)
